Akshay Pradip Bharad is a skilled Software Engineer with over 9 years of experience in Embedded System Development. He is proficient in Embedded C and has expertise in the development and delivery of RTOS based software solutions. Akshay has experience in device driver development, firmware development, board bring up, OS bring up, and working with communication protocols like SPI/I2C/I2S/UART. He is knowledgeable about ARM architecture and has experience working with Cortex M series of ARM controllers. Akshay has a good understanding of bootloaders and software download and can read hardware schematics and use debugging instruments like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. He has resolved critical software issues such as resets, memory faults, and hangs. Akshay has experience with low-level embedded development tools such as compilers, assemblers, linkers, and debuggers. He has worked on ASPICE compliant software, IOS26262 functional safety compliant software, and SDLC. Akshay has the ability to develop and deliver software with a focus on quality, scalability, and modularity in an optimized and efficient way. He has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Currently, Akshay is working as an Associate Software Engineer at Dover India Pvt Ltd. He is involved in the development of an automatic tank-gauging product to monitor activities inside the tank such as product level alarms and delivery event information. Embos (RTOS from Segger) is used on LPC4088 cortex M4 board to develop this product. In his previous roles, Akshay worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Bosch and as a Sr. Engineer I, SW at Harman. At Bosch, he was responsible for the development of application software for the product called ‘iBooster’. At Harman, he was responsible for the HAL for Vehicle Interface Controller also known as I/O Controller. Akshay holds a PG-Diploma in Embedded System Design from C-DAC Advanced Computing Training School (ACTS) Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunication from Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon. He has also completed his HSC from N.E.S Science College Nanded and SSC from Bal Vidya Mandir High School Parbhani. Akshay's technical skills include Software Engineering, and he has 10.20 years of relevant experience.
